    What we collect

Your household inventory (item names, categories, sizes, values, decisions), the quotes you enter, coarse move details (U.S. state, Mexican city/state, month, household size), and basic usage events. We do not ask for your name or address to use the inventory.

  2. 02

    Contact details

Only if you request quotes, join a plan waitlist or buy a report do we store your email (and optionally name and phone). These are stored separately from your inventory data.

  3. 03

    Your private link

Your inventory is accessed with a private link. We store only a one-way hash of it. Anyone with the link can view and edit the inventory, so keep it private.

  4. 04

    Lead sharing

If you request quotes and give consent on that form, we share your request details with selected moving or relocation providers so they can contact you.

  5. 05

    Anonymized data

If you opt in, your inventory and cost data may be included in aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example, typical shipping cost per cubic foot). We never sell individual household records.

  6. 06

    Payments

MenajeFlow is free today. When paid plans launch, payments will be processed by Stripe; we will never store card numbers.

  7. 07

    Deleting your data

Use “Delete my inventory and data” on your inventory page to permanently remove your inventory, quotes, contact details and lead requests. Requests already sent to providers cannot be recalled from them.

  8. 08

    Cookies and bot protection

We use a language preference cookie, your browser's local storage to remember your last inventory link, and an anonymous visitor cookie (a random ID, kept up to 12 months) so we can count unique visitors and see which pages and referring sites help people. It is not linked to your name or email and is never used for advertising. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam; Cloudflare processes basic browser signals for that check under its own privacy policy.
